FOR ORDERS OVER $100
Due to the size and weight of some items, the free shipping
may not apply and an additional shipping charge may occur.
Any shipping surcharge will be clearly defined in the product
description.
Orders over $100 going to Alaska and Hawaii addresses may be
charged the actual shipping charge, depending on the items
ordered and the weight.
All orders are properly packed to
prevent damage.
Due to popular demand, we
are extending our free shipping
on most orders over $100.
Expedited/Insured Shipping Option: Choosing the expedited/insured
shipping option will entitle your order to be first in line to
be processed and packed. It will then be shipped insured within
2 business days via our choice of UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, USPS
Express, or USPS Priority. (We do strive to get all
expedited orders out within 1 business day.) During the
holiday season, we normally ship UPS (either Ground or 2-Day)
as UPS has a guaranteed delivery date, while the US Postal
Service does not. You should expect to receive your
order within 5 business days of placing your order.
Standard/Economy Shipping Option: Your order will be
processed, packed and shipped within 5 business days (barring
any unforeseen problems) and will be shipped using a method of
our choosing (UPS Ground, USPS Priority, USPS Media Mail, USPS
Parcel Post, or USPS First Class Mail). You should
expect to receive your order within 14 business days of
placing your order, with the exception of the holiday season,
when orders shipped using the standard shipping option may
take up to 30 days. If you need an order for a holiday
gift, please use the expedited option after the 1st of
December.
International Customers: Orders to international destinations will be shipped via
the US Postal Service. You will have a shipping choice of shipping with or
without insurance. It is highly suggested that if you are purchasing a high-end item that you select the "WITH Insurance" option. We will NOT replace
or refund any lost packages sent without insurance. Most packages do arrive
safely and intact when shipped without insurance, but some may get lost. The
choice is yours.
Please note: we cannot be responsible for uninsured
packages that are lost in transit. All uninsured
international packages include proof of mailing, a
copy of which can be provided upon request.
A NOTE ON CUSTOMS DECLARATION
We declare the full purchase price (not including shipping) and mark the items as "merchandise" on the customs declaration form.
We are not responsible for any taxes/tariffs/delays incurred by the customs system in your country. We are required, by law, to do this
and there are NO exceptions, so please do not ask.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 7 to 14 days of receipt.
Please allow us sufficient time to process your order
and for the shipping company to deliver it prior to making an
inquiry (10-14 business days). In some cases an
item may be sold out. If such is the case, you will be notified
either by email
or letter as to when we will be expecting a reshipment.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. You may pick up your order at our retail store, located
at 702 S. Main Street in Lombard, Illinois. Select the "In-Store Pickup" option in the
shipping drop-down box at checkout. You may then pick up
your order within 24 hours of placing your order Tuesday
through Friday (orders placed Saturday through Monday may be
